1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that our processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the tracking link provided. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 days, please reach out to us at support@heartistry.com.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA and internationally. However, certain items may have shipping restrictions that prevent us from delivering to specific regions.

Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs, weather, or courier service disruptions. Heartistry is not responsible for such delays. However, we will make every effort to keep you updated regarding any issues affecting your shipment.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Heartistry is not liable for any products lost or stolen once they have been shipped. However, if your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact us at support@heartistry.com for assistance. We will do our best to help locate the package or guide you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Heartistry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can change your address after your order has been processed, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
