We want you to love your Heartistry products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and any included accessories.
To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@heartistry.com with your order number and details regarding the return. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Please note that the following conditions apply to returns:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you need a different size, color, or a replacement for a defective item, please email us at support@heartistry.com and mention your request. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, based on availability.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@heartistry.com.
